Lancaster Built Homes is excited to partner with VIPS during Norton Commons Charity Home Celebration. VIPS is the only agency in Kentucky and Southern Indiana that provides early intervention and educational services to blind and visually impaired children, from birth to five-years-old. VIPS provides outreach services to children in their homes, daycares and preschools and operates center-based programs at its Louisville facility, including a full-time preschool for both blind and sighted children. The celebration will take place September 29 – October 14.
